Based in Ramsey, Minnesota, Connexus Energy is Minnesota’s largest electric cooperative, providing electricity and related products to member residents and businesses. Ramsey, Minn. — Connexus Energy is proud to announce the promotion of Jen Tyson to vice president of employee services.
Tyson joined Connexus in 2017 as a senior employee services consultant and later advanced to manager of employee services. During her three years as manager, she led Connexus' compensation program, performance management processes, employee policy initiatives and recruiting efforts.
In her new executive role, Tyson oversees human resources, safety leadership, and security and facilities management.
“Jen is uniquely positioned to excel in this new role, thanks to her institutional knowledge of Connexus, over 20 years of experience in human resources and proven track record of success,” said CEO Brian Burandt.
Tyson replaces Linda Maegi, who retired on Jan. 3 after being at Connexus for more than 10 years.
