Ramsey, Minn. — Brian Burandt and Yan Paul Martinez were appointed interim co-CEOs by the Connexus Energy Board of Directors on June 13. Burandt is the vice president for Power Supply and Business Development, and he has been with Connexus Energy for 25 years. Martinez is the vice president and chief financial officer, and he has been with Connexus Energy for almost four years. Both Burandt and Martinez will continue in their current positions as they also share responsibilities for the interim CEO role.  

"Brian and Yan Paul bring a wealth of experience and deep understanding of our business,” said Board Chair Fran Bator. “They will help to ensure continuity and stability during this transition period. We are committed to maintaining our strategic objectives and continuing our great work in progress.” 

Former CEO Sidney Jackson is no longer with Connexus Energy, and we wish him the best in his future endeavors.
