The Connexus Energy Board of Directors, elected by our membership, governs the electric cooperative. We serve more than 145,000 members in portions of Anoka, Chisago, Hennepin, Isanti, Mille Lacs, Ramsey, Sherburne, and Washington counties.

Air Conditioning Rebate
Residential Quality Installation (QI) Program
Save up to $175 on a new Air Conditioner (AC)
Rebate Qualifications

Only qualified installers can apply for rebate. Find a qualified installer.

AC must be installed within Connexus Energy’s service territory.
- Rebate amount is $150 for qualifying 18/17.2 SEER/SEER2 residential AC units.
- Alternative rebate amount is $25 for qualifying min 14.5/13.8 SEER/SEER2 residential AC units (>18/17.2)
- Enroll an eligible Wi-Fi thermostat into PowerNap® Air Conditioning for an additional $25 rebate through our online enrollment process, which also qualifies for a $10 monthly summer credit ($30 annually).
- Does not apply to ductless systems.
- Limit one rebate per member account.
How to apply for a rebate
- Applications must be submitted by December 31, 2025.
- Fill out this form completely, sign, and date it. Incomplete forms cannot be processed.
- Attach all itemized invoices/receipts and AHRI certificate for the project.
- Complete the online form below, mail or fax completed rebate form and supporting documents to Connexus Energy. Fax 763.323.2603, or Mail 14601 Ramsey Blvd., Ramsey, MN 55303.
- Rebates will be applied to your Connexus Energy bill upon verification of installation.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
- Rebates available under the Connexus Energy rebate program are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to the project or member eligibility, and the availability of funds.
