The Connexus Energy Board of Directors, elected by our membership, governs the electric cooperative. We serve more than 146,000 members in portions of Anoka, Chisago, Hennepin, Isanti, Mille Lacs, Ramsey, Sherburne and Washington counties.

Air Source Heat Pump Rebate
Residential Quality Installation (QI) Program
Save up to $1,000 on a new Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)
Rebate Qualifications
- Air source heat pump must be installed within the Connexus Energy electrical service area.

Limit one rebate per member account.

Installing contractor must be registered through hvacredu.net or natex.org. Find a qualified installer.

Applications for rebates must be submitted by a qualified installer.

Qualifying systems must be ENERGY STAR rated or listed on the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) directory.

At a minimum, the condenser and coil must be replaced.
NOTE: Rebates are not available on products financed through the Center for Energy & Environment (CEE).
How to apply for a rebate
- Applications must be submitted by December 31, 2025.
- Fill out this form completely, sign, and date it. Incomplete forms cannot be processed.
- Attach all itemized invoices/receipts for the project.
- Complete the online form below, mail or fax completed rebate form and supporting documents to Connexus Energy. Fax 763.323.2603, or Mail 14601 Ramsey Blvd., Ramsey, MN 55303.
- Rebates will be applied to your Connexus Energy bill upon verification of installation.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
- Rebates available under the Connexus Energy rebate program are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to the project or member eligibility, and the availability of funds.
