The Connexus Energy Board of Directors, elected by our membership, governs the electric cooperative. We serve more than 145,000 members in portions of Anoka, Chisago, Hennepin, Isanti, Mille Lacs, Ramsey, Sherburne, and Washington counties.

Air Source Heat Pump Rebate
Residential Quality Installation (QI) Program
Save up to $1,000 on a new Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)
Rebate Qualifications

Only qualified installers can apply for rebate. Find a qualified installer.

ASHP or Cold Climate ASHP must be installed within Connexus Energy’s service territory.
- SEER/SEER2 rating must be greater than 15.2 SEER2.
- EER/EER2 rating must be greater than 10 for Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pump.
- HSPF/HSPF2 rating must be greater than 8.1 for Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pump.
- COP must be 1.75 or greater for Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pump.
- Auxiliary heat switchover set point must be 5 degrees or lower for Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pump
How to apply for a rebate
- Applications must be submitted by December 31, 2024.
- Fill out this form completely, sign, and date it. Incomplete forms cannot be processed.
- Attach all itemized invoices/receipts for the project.
- Complete the online form below, mail or fax completed rebate form and supporting documents to Connexus Energy. Fax 763.323.2603, or Mail 14601 Ramsey Blvd., Ramsey, MN 55303.
- Rebates will be applied to your Connexus Energy bill upon verification of installation.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
- Rebates available under the Connexus Energy rebate program are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to the project or member eligibility, and the availability of funds.
